1- If you have activated Hide the receipt, deactivate it
2- For Galaxy devices, go to settings - battery - details, then click on the WhatsApp program, then choose deactivated

You have two solutions:

1- Deactivate the data saving option in the Chrome browser, open the Chrome browser, then the options button, then settings, then data saving, then turn off
